The website blueprintcarnegie.org is an independent website maintained by Keith Conover, who has been a resident of Carnegie since 1989—before that he was a resident of nearby Green Tree Borough, where he lived for about 20 years. Dr. Conover is an emergency physician and emergency medicine educator well known in the national emergency medicine community, with special interests in search and rescue, and was the founder and still an active member of the area's Allegheny Mountain Rescue Group, and a member of and Chief Medical Officer for the Federal PA-1 Disaster Medical Assistance Team. Dr. Conover's membership on the Carnegie Planning Commission spurred him to create this website.
